RETURNS & EXCHANGES

JOBMAN WORKWEAR wants you to be PROUD, CONFIDENT, and look PROFESSIONAL in your new workwear. We offer the following guarantees to help you accomplish this with JOBMAN Workwear:

If you don't immediately love your JOBMAN Workwear clothing, we want it back! We will take back your clothing for whatever reason. Just send the item back to us for a full refund. The refund will be for the amount of your original order including the shipping to you. (Original shipping refund only applies to orders in the U.S.) Just notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be assigned your RMA number. Then package it up in original packaging and send it back to:

Here at JobWear Solutions Inc we desire to make sizing exchanges as uncomplicated as possible. Due to the original metric European sizes having been converted to inches for U.S. sizing, getting the right size can be tricky. That is why we offer a “GET THE RIGHT SIZE” GUARANTEE that not only allows you multiple exchanges if needed, but also includes return shipping on us*.
If you like your new JOBMAN Workwear, but the size is not right for you, let us know! Give us a call at 1-877-359-7375 to get the exchange started (If no answer, please leave a message with your name, telephone #, and order #. We will return your call as soon as possible)

In your correspondence, please reference your order number, the items you want to exchange, and the new size needed. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your request has been received and providing further details on our exchange process.
*Note: To receive prepaid Return Shipping Label, you MUST contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Exchanges that have been provided with a Return Shipping Label must be returned within 30 days or you will be charged for the cost of the additional item.

For all other exchanges: (Color, Style, etc.) Please follow above directions, but please note that return shipping will NOT be provided for these transactions.

For Returns after the 7 day guarantee period: Must be authorized and assigned an RMA number. Must be in New condition with tags attached. Customer will receive a full refund of the original purchase price upon receipt.

~Customers outside the United States:

Sizing exchanges: Contact us to let us know you need a different size. Then send the item back to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the item we will send you your corrected size at our expense.

All other exchanges: (Color, Style, Etc) Contact us to get your exchange started. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the originally purchased item AND the shipping cost of sending the new item as well.

Refunds: Refund will be for the original purchase price; shipping is not included.

6 Month Warranty***
JOBMAN Workwear offers a 6 month warranty in the United States. This clothing is warranted against any manufacturer's defects, against excessive shrinkage(more than 3%), against broken or defective zippers or other fastening devices, against color fading, and against worn out seams.

Conditions of Guarantee: Garments are covered by a 6 month guarantee from the date of purchase that extends to defects occurring as a result of faulty manufacture or materials. This guarantee specifically excludes garments which have been subject to abuse, deliberate damage, failure to follow specified care and washing instructions or fair wear and tear. Any modifications made to the garment will invalidate this guarantee. Use of bleach voids the warranty on this clothing. This guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the garment and excludes consequential loss or damages. In the unlikely event of you wanting to claim under this guarantee you will need to launder the garment and return it to Job Wear Solutions, Inc. with proof of purchase.

*Welding garments are excluded from this warranty
