JOBMAN Workwear is shipped within the United States primarily via UPS. We also offer other shipping methods if necessary. If you order your JOBMAN clothing online, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the item, and the zip code to be shipped to. Orders taken by phone will be calculated the same way.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. If we can ship faster we will. We place orders to the main warehouse in Sweden 2 to 3 times per week. In normal times we can get our orders back from the Swedish warehouse in about 5 days and then ship it to you. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic no carrier will guarantee their delivery dates and we have seen many delays with spikes in the pandemic both in the countries our shipments pass through and the cities within the U.S. Please know that we monitor each shipment and work to get them here as quickly as possible! Once the shipment reaches us, we work hard to ship your orders out the same day. For this reason, we do not offer next-day or any other ship options than normal ground delivery.
We offer the full line of JOBMAN Workwear online, but most items have to be retrieved from the main warehouse in Sweden.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number from the shipping company, such as UPS. You can use this number to track the progress of your package to your destination. The UPS Website is listed below.
Checking on your order: If you have an account on jobmanusa.com, you can check your order status when you login to your account. If your order says processing, we have processed your order, and if we are out of stock, your order is being shipped to us from Sweden. If your order says Shipped, you should be able to see the tracking information for that order.

Orders to Canada are shipped USPS or UPS. Please note that UPS will contact you for VAT before releasing the package to you. We cannot calculate the amount this will be at time of purchase. You will be responsible for this charge. Be sure to include correct contact information so UPS can contact you.
