JOBMAN Craftsman Vest w/ holster pockets- 7381

This vest is a great idea. I'm not putting tools and parts in my pant pockets anymore. Makes working with both hands on tricky assemblies far easier when tools are at your fingertips.

Very supportive of all the gear I need to carry. I can fit my tape,laser,pens, markers,cellphone,etc. in my vest instead of stuffing everything in my pants pockets or hanging on my belt. Well made. I especially appreciate the side zippers to adjust the fit. The only design change I would consider would be to make the holster pockets detachable. I don't always need all four pockets.

I like this vest. It fits well, and it largely does the job. I like the long pockets for my arms in either side. There's a few things I wish for. One is for the front hanging pockets to be removable, mostly so I could change with them, but partly so I could double up on the right hand pocket. The long pockets for individual tools on the right hand pocket are just a little narrow for holding VDE pliers. They fit, but not easily. I wish one of the hanging pockets on the rear had an inner narrow pocket for a flashlight. My employer has me wear a radio, and I keep it in the right rear pocket with the mic clipped to the inner front above my pencils. It tends to droop until the pencils stop it. I wish there was a loop sewn into the front near my shoulder to which I could attach the microphone clip. I wish the left hand pocket had a 40mm long by 8mm wide loop sewn in to the outside of it that would hold one temple arm of a pair of safety glasses. Overall though I'm quite glad I bought this vest. I recommend the "Tough Hook Tactical Hanger" for hanging the vest when it's full of tools. That hanger is overkill, but I haven't found any hangers out there that are half way between supporting a regular coat and supporting full body armor.
